Our team brings enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to Aboriginal
employment and training to achieve company goals in the areas in
which they operate. We respect the cultural and family responsibilities
of our employees and ensure that we have the flexibility to enable
them to meet their obligations in that regard.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide meaningful training
and employment opportunities for those in the local community in
which we work. On some of our projects we have recruited up to 50%
of the workforce from the local community. Around 80% of our permanent
workforce is Aboriginal. Indigenous

CDE Capital has achieved national accreditation for workplace assessment
in Building & Construction. This enables skills attained on
the job to be assessed and accredited. We are particularly proud
of the past success of S&J Earthmoving with employment and training
for our Aboriginal workforce, having had a hand in establishing
and developing the careers of hundreds of trainees over the years.
CDE Capital continues to provide the meaningful training and employment
opportunities its original founder envisaged.
