“A unique relationship with
the land”

Safety
The safety of our people is our highest priority. Work practices and safety checks are in place to ensure that the occurrence of a Loss Time Injury (LTI) is minimised. Our Safety Policy makes it clear that everyone is responsible for safety.

Environment
CDE Capital’s significant Aboriginal workforce ensures a unique relationship with the land. Our workforce has an intimate relationship with Indigenous people and the land’s flora and fauna. As a result our people have a heightened sense of responsibility to the environment and the preservation of cultural sites.

Through a strategic partnership with Indigelink we aim to maximise the benefit to the communities in which we operate.

On completion of projects we actively seek opportunities for ongoing work at the site to be undertaken by the local people we have trained. Through innovative plant acquisition arrangements we enable ongoing work to continue with the plant and equipment necessary, in order to provide a long term benefit to the local community.
