Staff: 78 of which 80% are Indigenous.
Safety: Project currently with No Lost. Time for
Injury or Incidents.

Project highlights
Techincal
750,000 cubic metres of earth moved. 225, 000 square metres of leach
pads. 105,000 square metres of process pond sand solution drains.
330,000 square metres of HDPE liner supplied and laid.
Roads: 20km upgrades, 7km new roads. Construction of Rom Pad and
Walls. Numerous concrete fords. Site Drainage, Site Works, Main
Camp.
Set up of infrastructure for all earth works. Established the Construction
camp.
Employment
168 employees in total of which 30 trainees were sourced from local
Indigenous Communities and successfully trained as Plant Operators.
Some of the above Trainees are now currently working for Copper
Co Mining. Others have been placed at other
CDE Capital Projects.
Stage 1 consisted of 150,000 man hours without loss time injury.
80 % of the Project crew were Indigenous.
Most Goods and Services were sourced locally.
